Dual Front Headlights — Wider Night Beam, Standard Equipment
Most 150cc mopeds at this price ship with a single front headlight — a cost cut that narrows the beam and creates dark edges on both sides of the road. The Lanai 150 ships with two independent front headlight housings as standard, producing overlapping light cones that cover more road width, reduce blind spots, and make the scooter more visible to oncoming drivers.

12" Alloy Wheels + Dual Rear Shocks
Competing 150cc mopeds typically ship with steel rims and single-shock rear setups. The Lanai 150 ships with 12-inch aluminum alloy wheels — lighter, more corrosion-resistant — paired with dual rear coil-over shock absorbers. The alloy wheels reduce unsprung weight for more responsive handling on city streets and suburban roads.

330 lb Max Load — 88 lb More Than Comp. A
The Comp. A — the most direct competitor at a similar price — is rated at 242 lb maximum load. The Lanai 150 is rated at 330 lb. That 88 lb difference is the difference between a moped that works for most adults and one that works for adults of all builds. EPA and DOT certified for street use in 48 U.S. states (California excluded).

149.6cc CVT Auto + Complete Street-Legal Package
The Lanai 150 runs a 149.6cc 4-stroke Xinba engine through a fully automatic CVT belt drive — no clutch, no gear changes. 55+ MPH top speed. Complete street-legal package included standard: hydraulic front disc brake, dual headlights, turn signals, horn, kill switch, speedometer, and handlebar handguards — a detail rarely standard at this price point.
Rider Fit Guide

| Recommended Age | 16 and older (motorcycle license or endorsement required in most U.S. states) |
|---|---|
| Recommended Height | 4'11" to 6'2" (150–188 cm) |
| Maximum Load Capacity | 330 lb (approx. 150 kg) |
| Seat Height | 29.6 inches (approx. 75 cm) |
| Suitable Riding Environments | City streets, suburban roads, campus areas — street-legal in 48 U.S. states (not California) |
The X-PRO Lanai 150 is built for licensed adult riders aged 16 and up who want a fully equipped 150cc street moped for daily urban commuting and suburban riding. Riders between 4'11" and 6'2" in height — weighing 330 lb or less — will find the 29.6-inch seat height and CVT automatic transmission make the Lanai accessible from the first ride.
It is particularly suited for larger-build riders who need a moped rated above the 242 lb cap common in competing brands, and for nighttime commuters who value the wider beam from dual front headlights.
California residents — NOT CARB certified; cannot be legally sold or registered in California. Riders without a motorcycle license or endorsement (required in most U.S. states for 149.6cc). Riders over 330 lb. Riders needing sustained highway speeds above 55 MPH.

Key Features
Description
We built the X-PRO Lanai 150 for adult riders who want a capable, fully equipped 150cc moped that stands apart from the typical single-headlight, steel-rim entry-level options available at this price. The Lanai 150 is EPA and DOT certified for street-legal riding in 48 U.S. states, runs a 149.6cc 4-stroke air-cooled Xinba engine through a fully automatic CVT transmission — no clutch, no gears — and ships with two dedicated front headlights, handguards, 12-inch aluminum alloy wheels, dual rear coil-over shocks, and a hydraulic front disc brake as standard equipment. At $1,029.95, it includes hardware that most 150cc competitors charge more for or don't offer at all.
Dual Headlights. Higher Load. Better Wheel.
The two-headlight setup is the Lanai's most visible differentiator. While competing Comp. A and Lancer 150 mopeds ship with a single front lamp, the Lanai produces overlapping light cones from two independent housings — reducing road blind spots and making the scooter more visible to oncoming traffic on dark streets and evening commutes. The 330 lb maximum load rating is 88 lb above the Comp. A's 242 lb cap, making the Lanai the more practical choice for adult riders of larger builds. The 12-inch aluminum alloy wheels reduce unsprung weight compared to steel rims, and the dual rear coil-over shocks absorb road irregularities for a smoother city ride. The 149.6cc engine produces 6.2kW and reaches 55+ MPH — enough for city traffic and suburban roads within posted speed limits.
Built for Commuting, Backed by Real Dealer Support.
The Lanai 150 is designed for city street commuting, campus transportation, and suburban neighborhood riding — not highway use. Fuel economy is estimated at 70-90 MPG depending on rider weight, speed, and riding conditions. Available in four colors: Black, Blue, Red, and White. The Lanai ships 85% pre-assembled — ahead of the 70% typical of competing brands — with an estimated 45-60 minute setup time. A full step-by-step YouTube assembly video is available.
IMPORTANT: The X-PRO Lanai 150 is EPA and DOT certified for street-legal operation in 48 contiguous U.S. states. This vehicle is NOT CARB certified — it cannot be legally sold, titled, registered, or operated in California. A motorcycle license or endorsement is required in most U.S. states to operate a 149.6cc moped on public roads — requirements vary by state. Check local DMV regulations before purchasing. Not suitable for highway use.
X-PRO has operated as a licensed U.S. powersports dealer for over 20 years. When you buy the Lanai 150 from us, you are buying from a dealer with two company-owned warehouses in California and Texas, a U.S.-based support team reachable by phone and email, and full OEM replacement parts in stock before the vehicle goes on sale. Before You Buy
California Residents — Do Not Purchase
This vehicle does not meet California Air Resources Board (CARB) emission standards and is not for sale or use in the state of California. California residents should not purchase this vehicle.
1 · Stay Connected — We Need to Reach You
After your order ships, our team will contact you by phone and email to coordinate delivery. Answer calls from unfamiliar numbers — our team and your carrier may call from numbers you don't recognize. Check your email daily, including your spam folder, until your vehicle arrives. Without a valid, reachable contact number, your carrier cannot complete delivery. If we cannot reach you, your order may be returned at your expense.
2 · Shipping & Delivery — LTL Freight
Your vehicle ships via LTL (Less-than-Truckload) freight from our U.S. warehouse. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment — make sure your contact information is current. Large freight trucks cannot enter narrow roads or tight residential areas. You must meet the driver at an accessible point, or arrange terminal pickup if needed. Inspect the vehicle carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found, note it on the receipt and contact us immediately with photos.
3 · Assembly & Setup
Professional mechanic assembly is highly recommended. Improper DIY assembly voids safety guarantees and can lead to mechanical failure — incorrect assembly is one of the leading causes of early issues with new vehicles. Regardless of who assembles it, you must tighten all bolts and apply thread-locker (Loctite) before the first ride. Vibration will loosen factory settings during use, causing parts to fall off or break. This is a required pre-ride step, not a defect.
4 · Engine Maintenance
Change the engine oil before your first ride — factory fill is a break-in oil not suitable for extended use. Skipping this step is the leading cause of engine seizure on new vehicles. Use fresh 87+ octane fuel only. Do not use high-pressure washers near engine or electrical components. Drain fuel for long-term storage. Store in a dry area.
5 · Real-World Performance
Top speed and power output are measured under optimal conditions. Actual performance varies based on rider weight, terrain type, incline, and ambient temperature. Do not expect lab-rated results in all real-world riding conditions. The listed 55+ MPH top speed may not be achievable under all conditions.
6 · Storage
For long-term storage (30 days or more), drain the fuel tank or use a fuel stabilizer. Store the vehicle indoors in a dry, temperature-stable environment. Cover the vehicle to protect it from dust. Before returning the vehicle to service after extended storage, inspect all bolts, tire pressure, brake function, and oil level.
7 · Safety & Rider Requirements
This vehicle is designed for riders aged 16 and older. A motorcycle license or endorsement is required to operate this vehicle on public roads in most U.S. states — requirements vary by state. Always wear a properly fitted, approved helmet and full protective gear — not included. Maximum load capacity of 330 lb must not be exceeded. This vehicle is street-legal for on-road use in 48 U.S. states. It is not suitable for highway use. Do not carry passengers.
8 · Break-in Period
We recommend a break-in period for the first 300 miles of riding. During this period, avoid sustained full-throttle operation and allow the engine and drivetrain components to seat properly. Change the engine oil after the first 300 miles. A properly completed break-in reduces early wear and extends the vehicle's service life.
