This is a fantastic value! 55 mph and very comfortable for a 5ā9ā 185 lb adult! Easy enough assembly and quality looks greatš
Great little machine for fun in the yard. Pull start is smooth and the engine purrs nicely. My kid loves every minute.
My Xpro Saipan purchased in 2022. Xpro in TX assembled and sent to me in MA with no issues very pleased. I did the typical break in and changed fluids. June 2026 just hit 10,000 miles! I found a good CVT belt and (unwisely) run then to 2000 miles but in a climate of MA and keeping the speed to 45-50 tops. A lot of trips are longer a 1.27gal tank away or 100 miles with little trips to the local stores here in the country side. Really has been a great purchase and with he 14" wheels at 50mph feels good.
Real stats I have seen. With an aftermarket louder exhaust and a racing CVT belt I have hit 60mph tops for 4 minutes on a flat smooth highway before the whine harmonics of the engine RPM told me to back off. I did put beads in the back tire the third year and it has made a world of difference in balancing the back tire when going over 45mph a shudder disappeared. I'd not recommend busy highways where max speed is above 55 yet on backroads this bike performs wonderfully typically handling corners and a pinch of acceleration (in experienced hands) with a grace around corners most cars are touching the breaks on.
Issues: I had a mechanics son change my back tire and he forgot to lock-tight the bolts on the muffler so it fell off just last year. Now finding parts is not easy and an after market header pipe solution keeps overheating and braking off. The after market exhaust even with a DB reducer is louder but the drop engine pressure that got me a few more mph and mpg. Yet this trade-off only at very high rev ended up with a small amount of evap oil in the air filter case. This was my fault I believe due to a partially kinked air line at the charcoal canister and top rpm not the bikes design fault. I also need a new headlight as the high beam LED is out.
Wonderful inexpensive way to have a bike that will handle traffic on secondary roads, go for a tank-away ~100 mile tour and handle responsively in commuter traffic. It is easy to ride and manage the weight when stopped or walking by this average sized (half the bike weight limit) healthy older male. XproUSA was great during the sale and delivery. The bike a real deal that still gets a biker wave from oncoming street riders. As a grocery getter the bag fits right between the seat and the front on the bag hook included. I've been looking for a few more horses or at electric and still this bike for me is a winner and I'd buy it again.
This has been a fun addition for weekend riding around our land. The seats feel secure, the brakes respond consistently, and the reverse gear makes parking much easier. We checked and tightened all the hardware before the first ride, and the kart has felt solid so far.
The dual front lights provide a wide, noticeable beam when riding near sunset, and the rear light makes the bike easier to see from behind. The horn is also a useful addition when riding with other people on private property. These small practical features make the bike feel more complete.
