330 lb Load Capacity — 47% Higher Than the 50cc Class Standard
Most 50cc mopeds in this price range are rated for 225 lbs. The Bali 50 supports up to 330 lbs — a meaningful difference that makes it usable for a wider range of adult riders. This is not a minor spec variation; 105 additional pounds of rated capacity changes who can realistically and safely ride this vehicle.
Triple-Certified — EPA + CARB + DOT — Street Legal in All 50 States
The Bali 50 holds EPA emission certification, CARB certification from the California Air Resources Board, and DOT approval for road-legal tires and safety equipment. All three together mean legal ridability and registration in every U.S. state — including California, where CARB certification is required and most competing 50cc mopeds at this price are excluded from sale and use.
Front Disc Brake + Large LED Headlight + Turn Signals — Full Safety Package
The Bali 50 comes standard with a hydraulic front disc brake, a large LED headlight for high-visibility riding at night, and factory turn signals front and rear. Disc brakes deliver more consistent stopping power than drum brakes, particularly in wet conditions. The LED headlight consumes less power than halogen and produces a brighter, whiter beam.
Xinba GY6 Engine — The Most Serviceable 50cc Platform in the U.S.
The Bali 50’s Xinba GY6 49.5cc engine is the most widely deployed scooter engine platform in the United States. The vast majority of motorcycle and small engine mechanics are familiar with GY6 maintenance and repair — riders are not dependent on brand-specific service centers. Belt-drive CVT transmission eliminates clutch complexity entirely. OEM replacement parts are stocked at our U.S. warehouses in California and Texas.
Rider Fit Guide
| Recommended Age | 16 and up (check your local DMV for 50cc moped/scooter license requirements, which vary by state) |
|---|---|
| Recommended Height | 5'0" to 6'2" (152–188 cm) based on 30" seat height |
| Maximum Weight Capacity | 330 lbs (150 kg) — do not exceed |
| Suitable Riding Environments | Urban and suburban streets (speed limits up to 35–40 mph); grocery runs and short neighborhood errands; campus commuting with limited parking; first-time moped riding on quiet residential streets; private roads and leisure riding |
The Bali 50 is built for adult urban commuters who want an affordable, triple-certified street-legal moped for daily transportation — including California residents. CVT automatic operation requires only throttle control, making it accessible for first-time riders with no prior experience. The 330 lb load capacity is among the highest in the 50cc class, making it a practical choice for larger adult riders who find most 50cc scooters inadequate.
Also well suited for budget-conscious commuters seeking 100+ mpg fuel efficiency, riders who need a CARB-certified vehicle for California registration, and adults who want a stylish platform available in five colors (Black, Blue, Red, Orange, White).

Description
The X-PRO Bali 50 — Triple-Certified, High-Capacity, Street-Legal Moped
The X-PRO Bali 50 is a 49.5cc gas-powered moped scooter built for riders who want more than the typical 50cc entry-level machine. Three certifications — EPA, CARB, and DOT — mean you can ride and register it in all 50 U.S. states, including California, without any compliance uncertainty. The 330 lb maximum load capacity is the highest in its class, and the Xinba GY6 CVT engine platform is one of the most widely serviced in the country. We back every Bali 50 with U.S.-stocked OEM parts, a 1-year frame warranty, and a team that picks up the phone.
GY6 Engine + CVT Automatic — Reliability You Can Actually Service
The Bali 50 runs a Xinba GY6 49.5cc 4-stroke single-cylinder engine — the most widely deployed scooter engine platform in the U.S. market. Belt-drive CVT transmission makes riding genuinely simple: twist the throttle and the transmission handles everything automatically. No clutch, no gear selection, no prior riding experience required. Electric start is the primary method; kick start operates independently as a backup. We stock OEM Bali 50 components at our warehouses in California and Texas — parts are available before you need them, not sourced after you report a problem.
330 lb Capacity — Built for Riders That Most 50cc Scooters Exclude
The typical 50cc moped in this price range is rated for 225 lbs. The Bali 50 supports up to 330 lbs — a meaningful difference that makes it usable for a wider range of adult riders. Top speed of 40+ mph outpaces most 50cc competitors rated at 31–35 mph. Estimated fuel economy of 100+ miles per gallon and a 5-liter tank give you real range for commuting and errands without frequent stops.
Triple Certification — Street Legal in All 50 States Including California
The Bali 50 carries EPA emission certification, CARB certification from the California Air Resources Board, and DOT approval for road-legal tires and safety equipment. All three together mean legal ridability and registration in every U.S. state — including California, where CARB certification is required and most competing 50cc mopeds at this price are excluded from sale and use. Most U.S. states require only a standard driver’s license to operate a 50cc moped — check your local DMV for specifics.
U.S. Dealer Backing with Real Parts and Real People
Every X-PRO Bali 50 is covered by our Limited Warranty — 1-year frame, 90-day parts — handled by our U.S.-based team. We operate two company-owned warehouses, one in California and one in Texas, with OEM Bali 50 and GY6 platform parts in stock. When you contact us, you reach a team with direct access to your order, our inventory, and our warehouse. We are a licensed U.S. powersports dealer with over 20 years of operating history — not a dropshipper.

Why Buy From Us
The company behind X-PRO has been operating in the U.S. motorcycle and powersports market for over 20 years. We are a licensed U.S. motorcycle dealer, not a dropshipper or a temporary marketplace seller. Our operations include product sourcing, compliance review, warehousing, fulfillment, after-sales support, and a dedicated parts inventory — all managed in-house from the United States.
X-PRO was established in 2018 as a dedicated powersports brand, built on over two decades of hands-on experience in the U.S. motorcycle and powersports market. The product line includes mopeds, scooters, dirt bikes, motorcycles, ATVs, go-karts, and electric powersports vehicles — all sold with full dealer backing.
For some buyers, X-PRO is a practical first bike — a more manageable way to start riding without overcommitting on cost. For others, it is a way to get back into powersports without the higher purchase price and repair anxiety that often come with premium-brand machines. For riders who already own more expensive bikes, X-PRO can be the machine they are more willing to ride often, maintain practically, and use without turning every drop or scratch into a major financial event.
This is what X-PRO is built on: Accessible — a more practical entry point into riding and ownership. Supported — real parts availability and U.S.-based after-sales support. Accountable — dealer-backed operations with local warehousing and direct responsibility.
We operate two company-owned warehouses — one in California and one in Texas. These are not third-party logistics (3PL) facilities; they are staffed and managed by our own team. Every complete unit is backed by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims and support requests are handled by our U.S.-based team. We maintain a full replacement parts inventory at our U.S. warehouses — parts are stocked before vehicles are listed, not ordered from overseas after a customer reports an issue.

Before You Buy
1 · Stay Connected — We Need to Reach You
After your order ships, our team will contact you by phone and email to coordinate delivery. Answer calls from unfamiliar numbers — our team and your carrier may call from numbers you don’t recognize. Check your email daily, including your spam folder, until your vehicle arrives. If we cannot reach you, your order may be returned at your expense.
2 · Shipping & Delivery — LTL Freight
Your vehicle ships via LTL (Less-than-Truckload) freight from our U.S. warehouse. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Large freight trucks cannot enter narrow roads or tight residential areas. Inspect the vehicle carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found, note it on the receipt and contact us immediately with photos.
3 · Assembly & Setup — Tool Kit NOT Included
Professional mechanic assembly is strongly recommended. A tool kit is NOT included with this model — basic hand tools (wrench, screwdriver) must be supplied by the buyer. Regardless of who assembles it, tighten all bolts and apply thread-locker (Loctite) before the first ride. Vibration will loosen factory settings during use — this is a required pre-ride step, not a defect.
4 · Engine Maintenance — Change Oil Before First Ride
Change the engine oil before your first ride — factory fill is a break-in oil not suitable for extended use. Skipping this step is the leading cause of engine seizure on new vehicles. Use fresh 87+ octane fuel only. Avoid fuels blended with more than 10% ethanol. Drain fuel for long-term storage to prevent carburetor varnishing.
5 · Real-World Performance
Top speed and fuel economy are measured under optimal conditions. Actual performance varies based on rider weight, terrain type, incline, fuel grade, and ambient temperature. Riders over 250 lbs may experience reduced top speed.
6 · Storage
For storage over 30 days, drain the fuel tank to prevent carburetor varnishing. Store the vehicle indoors in a dry, temperature-stable environment. Disconnect the battery for storage over 60 days. Before returning to service, inspect all bolts, tire pressure, brake function, and battery charge level.
7 · Safety & Rider Requirements
This vehicle is designed for riders age 16 and older. Most U.S. states require only a standard driver’s license — check your local DMV for state-specific licensing and registration requirements. Always wear a properly fitted, approved helmet and full protective gear — helmet is NOT included. Maximum weight capacity is 330 lbs and must not be exceeded. The Bali 50 is EPA, CARB, and DOT certified — street legal in all 50 U.S. states including California.
8 · Break-in Period
We recommend a break-in period for the first 3–5 hours of riding. Avoid sustained full-throttle operation. After break-in, re-inspect and re-tighten all bolts before continuing normal use.
