Fully Automatic with Reverse + Electric Start — Zero Learning Curve

Fully Automatic with Reverse + Electric Start — Zero Learning Curve

Automatic D-N-R transmission requires no clutch engagement and no gear shift management. Press start, select forward, twist the throttle. Reverse engages by hand for parking, trail exits, and tight-space maneuvering. Electric start eliminates pull-cord difficulty from the first moment.

Press start, twist the throttle, ride — reverse and electric start remove every barrier between a new rider and their first ride.
Guangyu 119.6cc 4-Stroke Engine — Proven Power, Air-Cooled Reliability

Guangyu 119.6cc 4-Stroke Engine — Proven Power, Air-Cooled Reliability

The same Guangyu air-cooled single-cylinder engine that powers X-PRO's 125cc ATV lineup: 5.3kW at 7,500 RPM, 8.0 N·m of torque at 5,500 RPM, 35+ mph top speed. Air-cooling keeps maintenance simple — no radiator to service, no coolant to monitor.

The same proven 119.6cc engine across X-PRO's 125cc lineup means reliable starts and a lower maintenance burden, with no radiator to service.
19"/18" All-Terrain Tires + Double A-Arm Front Suspension

19"/18" All-Terrain Tires + Double A-Arm Front Suspension

Large-diameter tubeless tires provide the ground clearance and traction for grass, dirt, gravel, and light trail surfaces. The independent double A-arm front suspension absorbs trail irregularities so the rider stays planted and in control rather than being bounced off the seat.

Large tubeless tires and double A-arm suspension mean the Orca 125 absorbs trail irregularities instead of transmitting every bump to the rider.
LED Headlights + Tail Light — Ride When the Trail Calls, Not Just When It's Bright

LED Headlights + Tail Light — Ride When the Trail Calls, Not Just When It's Bright

Factory-standard LED headlight and tail/brake light extend the Orca 125's usable riding window from before sunrise to after sunset. LED brightness and longevity mean the lights work when you need them — in forest shade, overcast conditions, or early morning departures.

Standard LED lighting most competitors treat as an optional upgrade extends every ride from before sunrise to after sunset, at no extra cost.

Rider Fit Guide

X-PRO Orca 125 ATV Rider Fit Guide
Recommended Age 12 Years Old & Up
Recommended Height Estimated 4'8" to 5'11" (142–180 cm)
Maximum Weight Capacity Under 165 lbs (75 kg)

Teen and adult riders ages 12+ who want the CT125-7 platform's added ground clearance, lower 26.77" seat height, and standard front-and-rear cargo racks. Shorter riders who benefit from the lower seat height for confident flat-foot ground contact. Lightweight adult riders under 165 lbs seeking an agile, compact 125cc ATV with distinctive color options — including Tree Camo/Green and White/Orange, exclusive to the Orca 125 — rather than maximum load capacity.

Always ensure the vehicle's engine size, speed rating, and weight capacity are appropriate for the rider's age, size, and experience level. Adult supervision required at all times.

Description

The X-PRO Orca 125 is a 125cc gas ATV built on X-PRO's newer CT125-7 platform, with fully automatic D-N-R transmission and true reverse gear — no manual shifting. The Guangyu 119.6cc engine produces 5.3 kW at 7,500 RPM and 8.0 N·m of torque. Electric start and a top speed of 35+ mph depending on rider weight and terrain.

CT125-7 PLATFORM: 5.3" ground clearance and a 41.16" wheelbase for added stability over roots, rocks, and uneven terrain, with a lower 26.77" seat height for easier ground contact. Front and rear cargo racks are standard equipment — no aftermarket add-ons required.

LED LIGHTING: The Orca 125 includes LED headlight and LED tail/brake light as standard equipment — not an upgrade. LED brightness and longevity extend the riding window into lower-light conditions before sunrise or after sunset.

SAFETY: Handlebar-mounted engine kill switch, wireless remote kill switch for parent control from a distance, and an adjustable speed limiter — three independent layers of rider oversight.

TIRES & SUSPENSION: 19×7-8 front and 18×9.5-8 rear tubeless tires. Dual A-arm front suspension. Front drum brake, rear disc brake.

IMPORTANT — OFF-ROAD USE ONLY: This 125cc ATV cannot be registered or operated on public roads in any U.S. state. Maximum load: 165 lbs. Minimum age: 12 years. Adult supervision required.

X-PRO is a licensed U.S. powersports dealer with 20+ years of operation. Two company-owned warehouses in California and Texas. Frame warranty: 1 year. Parts warranty: 90 days.

Why Buy From Us

Company History

The company behind X-Pro has been operating in the U.S. motorcycle and powersports market for over 20 years. We are a licensed U.S. motorcycle dealer, not a dropshipper or a temporary marketplace seller. Our operations include product sourcing, compliance review, warehousing, fulfillment, after-sales support, and a dedicated parts inventory — all managed in-house from the United States.

The X-Pro Brand

X-Pro was established in 2018 as a dedicated powersports brand, built on over two decades of hands-on experience in the U.S. motorcycle and powersports market. The product line includes mopeds, scooters, dirt bikes, motorcycles, ATVs, go-karts, and electric powersports vehicles — all sold with full dealer backing.

When X-Pro entered the market, the affordable powersports space in the United States was largely defined by short-term sellers offering products with no replacement parts, limited or no after-sales support, and inconsistent quality control. Riders who wanted reliable support had to pay premium prices from established brands. X-Pro was built to bridge that gap.

Warehouses & Fulfillment

We operate two company-owned warehouses — one in California and one in Texas. These are not third-party logistics (3PL) facilities; they are staffed and managed by our own team. Inventory is stored, quality-checked, and shipped directly from these locations, giving us control over packaging, inspection, and delivery timelines across the continental United States.

After-Sales & Warranty

Every complete unit is backed by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims and support requests are handled by our U.S.-based team — customers contact us directly through our website or marketplace messaging, and our team has access to inventory systems, warehouse operations, and product records to resolve issues efficiently.

Parts Availability

We maintain a full replacement parts inventory at our U.S. warehouses. Parts are stocked before vehicles are listed — not ordered from overseas after a customer reports an issue. Parts orders ship from the same facilities that handle complete units.

Warranty
Every X-Pro complete vehicle is covered by a Limited Warranty: • Warranty Type: Limited Warranty • Frame: 1 Year (structural defects) • Parts: 90 Days (manufacturing defects, non-wear parts) • Battery: 90 Days • Exclusions: Wear items (tires, brake pads, chain, bulbs, batteries), damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications. • Warranty Policy: https://xprousa.com/pages/warranty-plicy Warranty claims are handled directly by our U.S.-based support team.

Before You Buy

1 · Stay Connected

After your order ships, our team will contact you by phone and email to coordinate freight delivery. A valid, reachable phone number is required for LTL freight delivery; without it, the carrier cannot schedule your delivery appointment.

2 · Shipping & Delivery — LTL Freight

Your vehicle ships via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight from our U.S. warehouse — this is not FedEx or UPS Ground. LTL freight delivers to the curb or driveway, not inside your garage or home. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment; you must be present with a valid ID to receive the shipment. Inspect the pallet and packaging before signing.

3 · Assembly & Setup

Professional mechanic assembly is highly recommended. Regardless of who assembles it, you must tighten all bolts and apply thread-locker (Loctite) before the first ride. Vibration will loosen factory settings during use — this is a required pre-ride step, not a defect.

4 · Engine Maintenance — Gas Models

Before the first ride, check the engine oil level. Use 87 octane or higher unleaded gasoline — do not use E85 or high-ethanol blends. Inspect all bolts and apply thread-locker (Loctite) before the first ride. Change the engine oil after the first break-in period.

5 · Real-World Performance

Top speed figures are measured under optimal conditions with an average-weight rider on flat terrain. Actual performance varies based on rider weight, terrain type, incline, and temperature.

6 · Storage

For long-term storage (30 days or more), drain or use a fuel stabilizer in the tank. Store the vehicle in a dry, covered location. Disconnect the battery if storing for more than 30 days.

7 · Safety, Rider Requirements & California Restriction

Riders under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Always wear a properly fitted, approved helmet and full protective gear — helmet is not included. This vehicle is for off-road use only and cannot be registered or operated on public roads.

8 · Break-in Period

We recommend a break-in period for the first few hours of riding. During break-in, avoid sustained full-throttle operation. After break-in, re-inspect and re-tighten all bolts and change the engine oil.

FAQ
What makes the Orca 125 different from the Hawk 125, Storm 125, or Blast 125?
The Orca 125 (ATV-P021) runs on the newer CT125-7 platform, distinct from the CT125-4 used by Hawk, Blast, Thunder, and Leopard (Storm 125 runs its own CT125-8 platform, sharing Orca's 165 lb load rating rather than the CT125-4 line's 198 lbs). The CT125-7 platform provides: 5.3" ground clearance (vs 3.54" on CT125-4), a longer 41.16" wheelbase (vs 37.8"), a lower 26.77" seat height (vs 27.5"), and 8 color options including the exclusive Tree Camo/Green and White/Orange. However, the Orca 125 has a lower max load of 165 lbs compared to 198 lbs on CT125-4 models. The Orca 125 is $1,119.95, $40 more than CT125-4 models.
Why does the Orca 125 have a lower max load (165 lbs) than other X-PRO 125cc ATVs (198 lbs)?
The CT125-7 platform prioritizes higher ground clearance and a longer wheelbase over maximum load capacity. The 165 lb limit is appropriate for teen riders and lighter adult riders — the intended audience for this model. Riders over 165 lbs should consider X-PRO's CT125-4 series (Hawk 125, Blast 125, Thunder 125, or Leopard 125), which support up to 198 lbs. Storm 125 shares the Orca 125's 165 lb rating on its own CT125-8 platform.
What is the ground clearance of the Orca 125?
The Orca 125 has 5.3 inches of ground clearance — significantly higher than many 125cc ATVs that offer around 3.5 inches. This is a result of the CT125-7 platform design and provides better clearance over trail obstacles including roots, rocks, ruts, and uneven terrain. It does not change the off-road classification: the Orca 125 remains Off-Road Only.
Why is the Orca 125 seat height lower than other X-PRO 125cc models?
The Orca 125's seat height is 26.77 inches, compared to 27.5 inches on CT125-4 models. The lower seat height makes it easier for shorter teen riders to comfortably reach the ground with both feet simultaneously — a significant confidence builder for new riders. The higher ground clearance comes from the platform architecture rather than from a taller seat.
Does the Orca 125 have front AND rear cargo racks?
Yes — the Orca 125 ships with both a front cargo rack and a rear cargo rack as standard equipment, along with an integrated front bumper guard. Both racks are included in the box and assembled as part of normal setup. No additional rack purchases are required.
Does the Orca 125 have a remote control kill switch?
Yes. The Orca 125 includes a wireless remote kill switch, confirmed in both the Specification and Safety sections of the product data, allowing a parent or guardian to shut off the engine remotely. It also has a handlebar-mounted engine kill switch for direct rider control — two independent safety systems.
What are the 8 color options for the Orca 125?
The Orca 125 is available in 8 colors: Black/Red, Blue/Blue, Red/Red, Green/Green, Orange/Orange, White/Orange, Pink/Pink, and Tree Camo/Green. White/Orange and Tree Camo/Green are exclusive to the Orca 125 within the X-PRO 125cc ATV lineup — they are not available on Hawk, Storm, Blast, Thunder, or Leopard models.
Is the Orca 125 street legal?
No — the Orca 125 is designed for off-road use only. It is not legal for operation on public roads, streets, or highways. Always verify local regulations before riding and use only on private property, approved off-road areas, or designated riding trails.
Can I buy the Orca 125 in California?
No — CARB (California Air Resources Board) regulations prohibit the sale of the Orca 125 in California. It is EPA-certified for all other 48 contiguous U.S. states.
How much assembly is required?
The Orca 125 arrives approximately 85% pre-assembled. The Orca 125 has its own dedicated official assembly video on YouTube (X PRO Orca 125 Assembly Video) — not a shared video with other CT125 models. Assembly includes 4 wheels, handlebar clamp, front bumper + front rack, rear rack, front shocks (2), rear shock (1), and battery — typically 45-60 minutes with basic hand tools.
Are replacement parts available for the CT125-7 platform?
Yes — X-PRO maintains OEM spare parts in U.S. warehouses in California and Texas. Note that the Orca 125 uses the CT125-7 platform, which has platform-specific parts separate from CT125-4 platform parts used by Hawk, Storm, Blast, Thunder, and Leopard models. When ordering parts, always specify ATV-P021 / CT125-7 to ensure you receive the correct CT125-7 compatible parts. Contact support at xprousa.com or powersportsmax.com.
What fuel does the Orca 125 use?
Regular 87 Octane unleaded gasoline, 2-liter fuel tank. No oil-fuel mixing required — 4-stroke engine. Always check and top off engine oil before riding. An oil change after the break-in period (first 2 tanks of fuel) is strongly recommended to remove metal particles from engine break-in.
What is the wheelbase and why does it matter?
The Orca 125 has a 41.16-inch wheelbase — the distance between the front and rear axles. A longer wheelbase provides greater stability at speed, smoother handling over rough terrain, and reduced tendency to pitch forward or rear over obstacles. The Orca 125's wheelbase is approximately 3.4 inches longer than CT125-4 models at 37.8 inches.
What warranty does the Orca 125 come with?
The Orca 125 includes X-PRO's standard limited warranty: 1-year frame warranty for structural defects and 90-day parts warranty for manufacturing defects. Wear items (tires, brake pads, chain, spark plugs, bulbs, batteries) and damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
Is the Orca 125 good for a beginning rider?
Yes, with appropriate safety practices. The fully automatic transmission eliminates clutch management, and the electric start removes pull-cord difficulty. The adjustable speed limiter can restrict maximum speed for new riders. The 26.77" seat height is lower than most 125cc ATVs in this category, which helps shorter riders maintain ground contact and confidence. Always wear a helmet, gloves, jacket, and riding boots.

Model Best For Key Difference
X-PRO Storm 125 Riders who want the same 165 lb load rating as the Orca 125 but a different platform and body style. Same 165 lb max load as the Orca 125, but built on its own CT125-8 platform rather than Orca's CT125-7 — compare ground clearance and color options to choose.
X-PRO Blast 125 Riders who need the higher 198 lb load capacity of the CT125-4 platform. 198 lb max load and 27.5" seat height (vs. 165 lbs and 26.77" on the Orca 125) — the CT125-4 platform trades Orca's extra ground clearance for higher load capacity.
X-PRO Hawk 125 Riders who want the widest color lineup in the family, including Spider and Tree Camo patterns. 198 lb max load (vs. 165 lbs on the Orca 125) and 9 color options — built on the CT125-4 platform rather than Orca's CT125-7.
X-PRO Leopard 125 Riders who prefer a sport-style body design with the higher 198 lb CT125-4 load rating. 198 lb max load (vs. 165 lbs on the Orca 125) in a sport-style body, with Orange/Orange and Green/Green color options.
X-PRO Thunder 125 Riders who want the CT125-4 platform's 198 lb load capacity in a different body style. 198 lb max load (vs. 165 lbs on the Orca 125) — functionally similar to the Blast 125, differing mainly in body styling and color lineup.
X-PRO 110 ATV Younger or smaller riders who need a lighter, lower-seat-height machine than the 125cc Orca 125. 110cc engine (vs. 119.6cc), 143 lb max load (vs. 165 lbs), 21.26" seat height (vs. 26.77"), and forward-only transmission — no reverse gear.
