Love the bike but 2 weeks in have an e10 error already

I recommend against buying anything from this website, as they sold me a motorcycle with a manufacturing defect. They refuse to acknowledge the issue and are unfair when it comes to issuing refunds. I didn't even use the bike for two days before it stopped turning on. I do not recommend this site.

I have the 2000 125cc ninja ex pro X 16 I can’t figure out how to change the speedometer to mph does anybody know?

Upon receiving the bike the packaging was damaged and the frame the bike sat on was damaged. The oil looked to have leaked out of the bike and the sides of the bike had damage on both sides. Then upon attempting to remove the screws from the handle bolt holes pattern it snapped off in the handle bolt hole from the frame crate. It looked as if the crate had been dropped. I also just noticed the license plate holder has been damaged as well. The bike was received with no tools either. The bike looked used or damaged. I sent images and a video I took during its unboxing to the support email and have not heard anything back. When I did finally hear back they were only offering me parts. I have since contacted Walmart and am sending it back. Never even got it fully off the crate. The bike clearly was dropped, I did not order a dropped bike. There was even oil all down the backside of the box. Buyer do not purchase.

I bought a new one because the screw for the clutch adjuster snapped and as I was tightening the brand new one that I literally just put on 10 minutes ago it broke the same exact way in the same exact spot
