Description
X-PRO E-HAWK — Off-Road Electric Performance Overview
We designed the X-PRO E-HAWK for riders who want serious off-road electric performance without the serious price tag. This electric dirt bike runs on a Quanshun brushless mid-drive motor with reduction gearbox, producing 3500W of peak power and up to 240 N·m of wheel-side torque — the kind of mid-drive architecture you typically find on machines costing considerably more. Paired with a 48V 23.5Ah lithium-ion battery delivering up to 55 miles of range per charge, the E-HAWK is built for teen and adult riders aged 13 and up who want to push their off-road riding further.
The Mid-Drive Gearbox: The Engineering Difference
The reduction gearbox is the engineering detail that separates the E-HAWK from most electric dirt bikes in this class. Where hub-drive motors deliver direct but uncontrolled torque, the E-HAWK's gearbox multiplies torque into 240 N·m of stable, usable wheel-side power — giving riders the ability to tackle 45-degree inclines and uneven terrain with confidence. Three speed modes (Low, Medium, High) let newer riders start controlled and progress at their own pace, while the inverted front fork and single rear shock keep the ride stable across rough surfaces.
Safety Documentation & Certifications
The 48V lithium-ion battery is removable, so you can carry it indoors for safer charging rather than leaving the whole bike outside. The included charger is UL-certified. The battery carries UN 38.3 transport certification. The vehicle holds UL 2272 certification, and the full system is rated IPX6 for water resistance — documented safety compliance that matters when parents are making the buying decision. Available in four colors: Black, Blue, Red, and Orange.
Important: Off-Road Use Only
The E-HAWK is for off-road use only. It cannot be registered or operated on public roads, highways, or any public property in any U.S. state. It is designed for backyards, farms, private land, and off-road riding areas. Maximum load capacity is 287 lb — do not exceed this limit. Recommended minimum age is 13. Adult supervision is required at all times.
Licensed U.S. Dealer Backing
X-PRO has operated in the U.S. powersports market for over 20 years as a licensed motorcycle dealer. When you buy the E-HAWK, you are buying from a dealer with two company-owned warehouses in California and Texas, a dedicated U.S.-based support team, and a full OEM replacement parts inventory stocked before the vehicle ever goes on sale. Frame warranty: 1 year. Parts and battery warranty: 90 days. Support is handled in-house — not routed to an overseas contact form.

Why Buy From Us
Company History
The company behind X-Pro has been operating in the U.S. motorcycle and powersports market for over 20 years. We are a licensed U.S. motorcycle dealer, not a dropshipper or a temporary marketplace seller. Our operations include product sourcing, compliance review, warehousing, fulfillment, after-sales support, and a dedicated parts inventory — all managed in-house from the United States.
The X-Pro Brand
X-Pro was established in 2018 as a dedicated powersports brand, built on over two decades of hands-on experience in the U.S. motorcycle and powersports market. The product line includes mopeds, scooters, dirt bikes, motorcycles, ATVs, go-karts, and electric powersports vehicles — all sold with full dealer backing. When X-Pro entered the market, the affordable powersports space in the United States was largely defined by short-term sellers offering products with no replacement parts, limited or no after-sales support, and inconsistent quality control. Riders who wanted reliable support had to pay premium prices from established brands. X-Pro was built to bridge that gap.
Why Riders and Families Choose X-Pro
For some buyers, X-Pro is a practical first bike — a more manageable way to start riding without overcommitting on cost. For others, it is a way to get back into powersports without the higher purchase price and repair anxiety that often come with premium-brand machines. For riders who already own more expensive bikes, X-Pro can be the machine they are more willing to ride often, maintain practically, and use without turning every drop or scratch into a major financial event. And for parents, X-Pro is often the answer to a simple question: how do you give your child the experience of riding — a dirt bike for the backyard, a go-kart for the weekend, an ATV for the family property — without spending several thousand dollars on a brand-name machine they may outgrow in two years? X-Pro makes that gift possible, backed by the same parts availability and warranty support that come with every unit we sell. Always ensure the vehicle's engine size, speed rating, and weight capacity are appropriate for the rider's age, size, and experience level.
What X-Pro Is Built On
Accessible — a more practical entry point into riding and ownership. Supported — real parts availability and U.S.-based after-sales support. Accountable — dealer-backed operations with local warehousing and direct responsibility.
Warehouses & Fulfillment
We operate two company-owned warehouses — one in California and one in Texas. These are not third-party logistics (3PL) facilities; they are staffed and managed by our own team. Inventory is stored, quality-checked, and shipped directly from these locations, giving us control over packaging, inspection, and delivery timelines across the continental United States.
After-Sales & Warranty
Every complete unit is backed by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims and support requests are handled by our U.S.-based team — customers contact us directly through our website or marketplace messaging, and our team has access to inventory systems, warehouse operations, and product records to resolve issues efficiently.
Parts Availability
We maintain a full replacement parts inventory at our U.S. warehouses. Parts are stocked before vehicles are listed — not ordered from overseas after a customer reports an issue. Parts orders ship from the same facilities that handle complete units.
Team
Our team includes warehouse staff, customer support representatives, and technical specialists — all U.S.-based. When you contact us, you reach someone with direct access to our inventory, our warehouse, and your order records.

Before You Buy
1 · Stay Connected — We Need to Reach You
After your order ships, our team will contact you by phone and email to coordinate delivery. Answer calls from unfamiliar numbers — our team and your carrier may call from numbers you don't recognize. Check your email daily, including your spam folder, until your vehicle arrives. Without a valid, reachable contact number, your carrier cannot complete delivery. If we cannot reach you, your order may be returned at your expense.
2 · Shipping & Delivery — FedEx / UPS Ground
Your vehicle ships via FedEx or UPS Ground from our U.S. warehouse. Adult signature is mandatory at delivery. After 3 missed delivery attempts, the item is returned — and you are responsible for all return freight fees. Inspect the packaging before you sign. If the box is severely damaged, refuse delivery immediately and contact us. Minor cosmetic marks on the packaging are normal and do not affect the vehicle.
3 · Assembly & Setup
Professional mechanic assembly is highly recommended. Improper DIY assembly voids safety guarantees and can lead to mechanical failure — incorrect assembly is one of the leading causes of early issues with new vehicles. Regardless of who assembles it, you must tighten all bolts and apply thread-locker (Loctite) before the first ride. Vibration will loosen factory settings during use, causing parts to fall off or break. This is a required pre-ride step, not a defect.
4 · Battery Maintenance — Electric Models
Charge the battery monthly even when not in use. Maintain the battery between 30% and 80% charge at all times for maximum lifespan. Unplug immediately after charging is complete — leaving the charger connected during storage causes permanent battery damage that is not covered under warranty. Do not use high-pressure washers on the motor or battery. Water intrusion will damage electronics. Store the vehicle in a dry area when not in use.
5 · Real-World Performance
Top speed and power output are measured under optimal lab conditions. Actual performance varies based on rider weight, terrain type, incline, battery charge level, and ambient temperature. Electric models also experience reduced power output below 30% battery charge. Do not expect lab-rated results in all real-world riding conditions.
6 · Storage
For long-term storage (30 days or more), charge the battery to 50%–60% before storing — do not store fully charged or fully depleted. Store the vehicle indoors in a dry, temperature-stable environment. Cover the vehicle to protect it from dust. Disconnect the battery if storing for more than 60 days. Before returning the vehicle to service after extended storage, inspect all bolts, tire pressure, brake function, and battery charge level.
7 · Safety & Rider Requirements
This vehicle is designed for riders age 13 and older. Riders under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Always wear a properly fitted, approved helmet and full protective gear — helmet is not included. Maximum weight capacity must not be exceeded. This vehicle is for off-road use only and cannot be registered or operated on public roads, highways, or public property in any U.S. state.
8 · Break-in Period
We recommend a break-in period for the first 3–5 hours of riding. During this period, avoid sustained full-throttle operation and allow the motor and drivetrain components to seat properly. Use Low or Medium speed mode during break-in. After break-in, re-inspect and re-tighten all bolts. A properly completed break-in reduces early wear and extends the vehicle's service life.
