After your order ships, our team will contact you by phone and email to coordinate delivery. Answer calls from unfamiliar numbers — our team and your carrier may call from numbers you don’t recognize. Check your email daily, including your spam folder, until your vehicle arrives. Without a valid, reachable contact number, your carrier cannot complete delivery. If we cannot reach you, your order may be returned at your expense.
Shipping & Delivery — LTL Freight
Your vehicle ships via LTL (Less-than-Truckload) freight from our U.S. warehouse. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment — make sure your contact information is current. Large freight trucks cannot enter narrow roads or tight residential areas. You must meet the driver at an accessible point, or arrange terminal pickup if needed. Inspect the vehicle carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found, note it on the receipt and contact us immediately with photos.

Assembly & Setup
Professional mechanic assembly is highly recommended. Improper DIY assembly voids safety guarantees and can lead to mechanical failure — incorrect assembly is one of the leading causes of early issues with new vehicles. Regardless of who assembles it, you must tighten all bolts and apply thread-locker (Loctite) before the first ride. Vibration will loosen factory settings during use — this is a required pre-ride step, not a defect.
Battery Maintenance
Charge the battery monthly even when not in use. Maintain the battery between 30% and 80% charge at all times for maximum lifespan. Unplug immediately after charging is complete — leaving the charger connected during storage causes permanent battery damage that is not covered under warranty. Do not use high-pressure washers on the motor or battery. Store the vehicle in a dry area when not in use.

Real-World Performance
Top speed and power output are measured under optimal lab conditions. Actual performance varies based on rider weight, terrain type, incline, battery charge level, and ambient temperature. Electric models also experience reduced power output below 30% battery charge. Do not expect lab-rated results in all real-world riding conditions.
Storage
For long-term storage (30 days or more), charge the battery to 50%–60% before storing — do not store fully charged or fully depleted. Store the vehicle indoors in a dry, temperature-stable environment. Cover the vehicle to protect it from dust. Disconnect the battery if storing for more than 60 days. Before returning the vehicle to service after extended storage, inspect all bolts, tire pressure, brake function, and battery charge level.
Safety & Rider Requirements
This vehicle is designed for riders age 13 and older. Riders under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Always wear a properly fitted, approved helmet and full protective gear — helmet is not included. Maximum weight capacity must not be exceeded. This vehicle is for off-road use only and cannot be registered or operated on public roads in any U.S. state.

Break-in Period
We recommend a break-in period for the first 3–5 hours of riding. During this period, avoid sustained full-throttle operation and allow the motor and drivetrain components to seat properly. Use Low or Medium speed mode during break-in. After break-in, re-inspect and re-tighten all bolts. A properly completed break-in reduces early wear and extends the vehicle’s service life.
